This is our Miz Star (she's been with us since she was a youngster which is about 21 years now). She is part of our ever-entertaining 4-legged family and one of our sweet miniatures. And yep, that's a real pile of you-know-what she's stepping through.
Seeing her great smile reminded me that we all have to deal with a lot of crap to put it bluntly in our lives, right? As the great country song explains - some days we're the windshield and some days we're the bug. When it's one of those days when we step in "it" so to speak, it is important to remember to some how smile, to make wise attitude adjustments and to hang tight to the spirit and strength within us all to plow through the tougher times.
By the way, does anyone else notice the heart shape within the pile of droppings?? Horse and donkey droppings (which some folks find pretty disgusting) are often used to make wonderful fertilizers and from that beautiful crops, flowers and so much more are grown. Ditto with the yukkier times in our lives - we some how must find the vision to look ahead, the patience to plow on through step by step (or go around it, of course, if a better path exists) and the wisdom to keep our attitudes in sync with the strength and determination we need to pull from within ourselves.
May we all keep a-plowing through our upside down world as best we can and with many smiles in this journey. Please stay safe, #MaskUp and thanks for sharing a moment of your busy day with Mama Muckster -- and talking about mucking--a "few" piles await my presence.?
Love love love Miz Star’s smile! This blog entry us a very good reminder to all that everything is part of the cycle of life, including a pile of scat…💩
Thanks, Deb. All their smiles, always cute long ears and other antics keep us smiling (and grateful!) for sure.
