One of my favorite ways to start my activity-filled days is with a warm, delicious bowl of oatmeal (Instant Pot cooked). And believe it or not, I love steamed kale with a touch of garlic in my big bowl delight (many thanks for the youtube kale suggestion, Ann and Dr. Caldwell Esseltyn!).
I also throw in all of these yummy nutritious nuggets: Strawberries, blueberries, banana, ground flax seed, hemp hearts, chia seed, black cumin, a few walnuts and sacha incha seeds. Filling?? Heavens, yes, and needless to say, it keeps me full for a really long time.
