Breathing throughout our active (and not so active!) days is so very important and yet we often fail to give proper breathing a second thought -- especially since our amazing lungs automatically breathe for us 24/7. That is a beautiful thing, but not learning how to properly breathe is not so good -- in fact, it can be chronically harmful to our health.
