Breathing Tips Video for the 5 Tibetan Rites Exercises

Breathing throughout our active (and not so active!) days is so very important and yet we often fail to give proper breathing a second thought -- especially since our amazing lungs automatically breathe for us 24/7.   That is a beautiful thing, but not learning how to properly breathe is not so good -- in fact, it can be chronically harmful to our health.

The video attached to this post shares tips and focuses on how to breathe properly when doing our life changing, amazing 5 Tibetan Rites exercises.  Thanks for taking a look, leaving your comments and your breathing tips with all of us.  To check out my other TIbetan Rites videos and posts, click here or visit my Youtube channel, @NanceEatsPlants.

And, when time permits, give yourself the gift of learning all you can about proper breathing. To do so will give you lifelong gifts including how we can almost instantly tap into our parasympathetic nervous systems to calm ourselves down, how we can relieve our anxiety and how to re-energize ourselves.

Thanks again for visiting today and in closing this post and, here's a great resource regarding our  miraculous breathing bodies.  James Nestor's book, Breath,  offers us a deeper and more thorough journey into this thing called breathing.
Breath. It is not a quick read, but is a very worthwhile one for many reasons including the history shared, its many how to tips and its overall critical message for us all.
