Thanks for visiting NBJConsulting.com today and for checking out my updated vitality journey video.  For the record, at the ripe young chronological age of 74, I am grateful to be feeling the best I have in over 40+ years.

Yeah, yeah obviously aging makes itself known and it ain't always pretty for sure....but by golly, we are never too old to make changes and take steps to enhance and improve our health and vitality.  And, I've worked hard at doing just that over the past 2+ years.  By doing so in a sustained, steady and patient way, the quality of my days has improved 1000%.  It has truly made all the difference in the world in the living of my days.

So -- Why am I sharing my updated personal vitality journey on this homemade, informal and unscripted video?  It's a way of giving back so to speak for all I have learned through the years from the stories of others willing to share their healthy vitality seeking journeys.  I am trying to do the same through posts like this one, my homemade videos and my healthy vitality coaching with individuals and small groups,

So, it is my hope and purpose in sharing this update that you will cherry pick it for tidbits of my experiences and strategies that may be of benefit to you.  Please let me know if it was helpful or not and again, your choice to share a few minutes of your day with me is warmly appreciated!🌻
