Addressing Unresolved Concerns

Hopefully, your workplace has a long standing employee system for being able to comfortably (and timely) address any and all problems and concerns. If not, it creates unnecessary tensions for all and if ignored long enough, the consequences can be very costly. This video suggests one well proven strategy for getting your concerns addressed by the appropriate folks in your workplace.
